Delivery time

We deliver products within 1–7 business days from the date of order. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

Posti stores parcels for 5 days and Matkahuolto for 7 days. If you are unable to collect your parcel in time, please contact us.

Please note that an uncollected parcel is not considered a return or cancellation. For uncollected parcels, we will charge the shipping and return costs incurred.


Delivery methods

We ship products via Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, and DB Schenker.

PostNord:

  • Parcel locker / service point €6.90

Posti:

  • Parcel €7.90
  • Home delivery €16.50

Matkahuolto:

  • Pickup point €7.90
  • Home delivery €16.50

DB Schenker:

  • Pickup point parcel €6.90

Payment

The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail is a secure and reliable payment method. In case of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Online banking

You can use all Finnish online banking buttons: Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Ålandsbanken, S-Bank.

Card payments

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Mobile payments

Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, and Siirto.

Invoice and instalment payments

Currently available options include Klarna, OP Tililuotto, OP Lasku, Walley, and Walley Business Invoice.

International payments

International orders can be paid with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.


Returns and refund policy

Customers have a 14-day right of return.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service first at info@iso-pahkala.fi.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. The return fee is €7.90.
